About Efrain Reyes

A career built around people, judgment, and clear decisions.

Real estate is rarely just about the property. It is usually connected to a bigger decision about where you are going, what you can afford, what you are leaving behind, and what needs to happen next.

Efrain Reyes brings more than nine years of real estate experience, 85+ closed transactions, and more than $100M in career real estate sales volume to buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors across Westchester County and the NYC Metro. His approach is built around making complicated information understandable, explaining the reasoning behind every recommendation, and helping clients choose a path that fits the reality of their situation.

Efrain Reyes, real estate advisor serving Westchester County and the NYC Metro

Before real estate, much of Efrain’s professional life centered on teaching, coaching, service, and working directly with people. Those experiences shaped the way he approaches a transaction today: listen first, make the complicated understandable, and never assume someone should make an important decision without understanding why.

His background in education developed the patience to break complex information into clear pieces. Experience in luxury retail and hospitality reinforced the importance of preparation, responsiveness, discretion, and attention to detail.

Real estate brought those disciplines together. Over more than nine years and 85+ closed transactions, Efrain has worked through pricing decisions, negotiations, financing challenges, inspections, appraisal issues, competing priorities, and moves that involved much more than simply buying or selling a property.

The goal is not to overwhelm clients with information or make decisions for them. It is to organize the information that matters, explain the tradeoffs, and give them the context they need to make a confident decision.

“The best representation should leave you understanding the decision better than when you started.”

Experience That Shapes the Advice

The numbers matter. What they teach you matters more.

Years of transactions create pattern recognition: where a deal may become vulnerable, which questions need to be asked earlier, when leverage exists, and when moving forward may not be the best decision.

What Clients Remember

Expertise is only useful if the person you're advising can trust how you use it.

The transactions change. The standard should not.

Calm Under Pressure

When the transaction stopped being straightforward.

Real estate decisions become harder when something unexpected changes. The job in those moments is not to create more pressure. It is to understand the problem, explain the choices, and keep the decision focused on the client's interests.

“When challenges came up (as they inevitably do), he handled them calmly and strategically, always keeping us grounded and focused on solutions.”

Understanding the Goal

Her first property. At 74 years old.

A first-time buyer was navigating cultural, generational, and language differences while pursuing a very specific objective: becoming a homeowner near her grandchild. The transaction required patience, communication, and guidance that moved at her pace.

“Efrain demonstrated patience, care, and a genuine understanding of what my goals were. And that was to live near my beautiful grandchild.”

The Standard

The transaction is important. The advice has to survive it.

Sometimes good representation moves a deal forward. Sometimes it changes the strategy, slows the process down, or means walking away. The recommendation should be able to withstand the facts even when the easiest answer would be yes.

Trusted for what I know. Proven by what I get you.

What Clients Can Expect

A clear process without unnecessary pressure.

The goal is to make complicated decisions easier to understand, keep the important details organized, and make sure you know what deserves your attention at each stage.

01

Clear Explanations

You should understand what is happening, why it matters, and what the realistic options are before making a decision.

02

Prepared Communication

Important updates, deadlines, and decisions are communicated clearly so the process does not feel harder to follow than it needs to be.

03

Thoughtful Representation

Strategy, negotiation, and coordination stay tied to your objective rather than being handled as a one-size-fits-all transaction.

Client Reviews

The experience matters as much as the outcome.

Buying or selling real estate puts a lot of decisions into a short period of time. Client feedback consistently reflects the things Efrain puts the most emphasis on: clear explanations, responsiveness, preparation, and steady guidance throughout the process.
